Fuse Health was founded in 2022 with a clear ambition: to create a healthcare organisation that values their clinicians and enhances patient access to high-quality healthcare within their communities.

Based in the East Midlands and guided by our commitment to clinical excellence and compassionate care, Fuse Health delivers over 50,000 in clinic and at home appointments a year. As we continue to grow, our founding principles remain unchanged - to empower our clinicians, innovate the way healthcare is delivered and ensure that every patient, in every community we serve, receives the exceptional care they deserve.
